Antracit House HOUSE RULES

Welcome to our Guesthouse! Please read the following house rules carefully. We wish you a pleasant stay!

1. Check-in and Check-out:

• Check-in: from 14:00
• Check-out: by 10:00

2. Smoking

• Smoking is strictly prohibited in the indoor areas of the guesthouse.
• Designated smoking areas are available in the garden.

3. Pets: Pets are welcome for an additional fee!

Quiet Hours: Please avoid noisy activities between 22:00 and 8:00.

Use of Equipment:

• Please use the tools and equipment in the guesthouse as intended.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused and may be required to compensate for it.

Accidents and Damages:

• Please report any accidents or damages immediately.
• Guests are financially responsible for any damages caused.

Accepting External Visitors:

• Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. External visitors are only permitted with prior agreement.

Parking:

• Parking is available free of charge at the guesthouse.

Fire Safety:

• Open fires are only permitted in designated areas (fire pits).
• Please adhere strictly to fire safety regulations.

Sauna and Jacuzzi Use:

• Please use the sauna and jacuzzi in a hygienic manner. Swimwear is required in the jacuzzi.
• The jacuzzi can only be used your own risk .
• Please pay extra attention to the area around the jacuzzi, as the floor can become extremely slippery when wet, especially during the winter season!
• For any accidents or injuries that may occur we do not take responsibility.. 
• The use of the sauna and jacuzzi by children is only permitted under parental supervision.
• Individuals under the influence of alcohol or other substances are not allowed to use the jacuzzi and sauna.
